T&C’s – Terms and Conditions

My Terms and Conditions are essential to the way this website works giving clarity for all potential Raffle Ticket Holders and Winners. 

I have created the T&C’s in LARGE Text, because the ‘small print’ is usually complicated and difficult to understand… I bring honesty and transparency.

Raffle Ticket – Terms and Conditions

  1. You can buy as many Raffle Tickets as You Choose, there is no limit.
  2. There are NO / ZERO Refunds of Raffle Ticket Purchases.
  3. Each Raffle has its own Individual and Unique Prize Value.
  4. Raffles will not be held or completed until ALL Raffle Tickets are Sold / Gone, for each Separate Raffle Prize.
  5. Each Raffle has its own start / end / timeline, all are different, check each Raffle Prize for specifics.
  6. Every Raffle Purchase has the equivalent amount of Paper Tickets – Allocated to each Member, Your Order ID is written by Me onto the Paper Tickets.
  7. All Raffle Prizes will be held LIVE on Camera – YouTube / Telegram (maybe Facebook) ((I am not decided on wether to use facebook lives yet…)).
  8. A Live Feed of each Raffle Draw and Announcing each Winner for each Prize will be available here on my website, on its own dedicated page, and the link will be available from the Menu at the top, when it becomes Live and Ready.
  9. All Raffle Ticket Holders will be notified of up and coming Raffle Prize Draws, plenty of notice will be given, via the email address you have registered in Your Account.
  10. 10.There will be regular Video Updates on how each Raffle is doing, and I will use YouTube, Telegram and Facebook to keep Raffle Ticket Holders Updated via Video Updates. 
  11. Raffle Tickets can be purchased via Bank Transfer / Revolut Card Payment Link / Cash in Person
  12. You MUST Include your Order ID, Name, Email, and or Phone Number in the notes section when making Payments, for your Raffle Ticket purchase to be valid.
    • Including the NOTES / REFERENCE section in your bank / card payment when buying Tickets.
  13. Paper Tickets are then ONLY allocated to Raffle Ticket Holders once payment has been Received.
  14. You will need to create and account on the website, this can be done when checking out, which can also be completed BEFORE purchasing Raffle Tickets.
  15. I have made adding your address when creating your account OPTIONAL, I do not need to know these details, unless of course You are a Winner! 😉

Winners & Prizes – Terms and Conditions

Everyone is a Winner! By Supporting Micro Skool and C8ke Studio This Makes You A Winner! 🙂 

  1. Prizes can be collected by the Winner ONLY, from my Address. 
  2. My Address will only be given out, once the Raffle Draw has been completed.
  3. Prizes can be Delivered to You by Me. 
  4. Prize Deliveries needs to be prior arranged, and prior paid for in Advance.
  5. No Prizes will be Delivered without the cost of Delivery being covered first.
  6. Delivery Costs are Extra: Fuel, Time, and Train Journeys Home, if Delivering a Vehicle to the Winner, for example.
  7. All Prizes will be described accurately and in depth and any Prize vehicles will be road worthy, legal and safe. 
  8. Any defects on the prizes will be directly mentioned in the write up text for each prize, via photographs and also mentioned or displayed in any videos I make about each prize. 
  9. Videos of the Prizes, form part of Raffle My Stuffs Terms and Conditions… If you have not watched them, then You are not fully informed of the prizes.
  10. Winning tickets can be donated to other people.
  11. Any Raffle Ticket Winners who may decide they do not want the prize after all, after the Raffle Tickets have been drawn, Winners can Pass on / Gift their Winning Tickets to anyone they choose. 
  12. Who you pass Your Winning Ticket on to is up to you. 
  13. Prizes that require legal documents to be signed: As in Vehicles… The Winner needs to be of Driving Age, and legally, capable of driving it away.

Videos of Prizes will be posted on Social Media, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and X. Follow me on those platforms for updates… Icon Links are in the menu.. top right of your screen…

Runny Dips – Terms and Conditions

Runners Up & Lucky Dips

  • Runny Dips are Raffle Prizes for 2nd and 3rd Prize Ticket Winners…
  • The prizes for Services, or an Item could be, as follows;
    • A – 1 Hour – 1-2-1 Yoga Classes
    • A – 1 Hour Personal 1-2-1 Tuition Session (any subject you choose, that I can help with)
    • A – 1 Hour WordPress Website Consultation
    • A – 1 Hour Assessment / Fixing issues on your Website (for example)
    • A Cushion Made By Me (I make soft furnishings too)
    • An item I have for sale on facebook marketplace
  • These Runny Dip, Lucky Dip, Runners Up Prizes will be decided and arranged in person, after the Raffle Draws have been drawn.
  • Runny Dips Prizes are to be fulfilled when my own timetable permits.
  • Runny Dips Prizes Values are around the £20.00 – £30.00 range.
  • Runny Dips Raffle Tickets are Unlimited, and will always be active, each Runny Dip Raffle Ticket purchase has a Guaranteed Prize.
  • 2nd and 3rd Raffle Ticket Prize Winners from the Main Raffle Draws, can choose one prize from the list above… to be agreed upon… 😉

Micro Skool Total Start Up Funding Goal = £10,000

All Proceeds from Sales of the Raffle Tickets and Donations go towards Micro Skool Start Up Costs and Setting up my Micro Skool.

I am Raffling my Own Belongings as Prizes to raise funds to buy a Lorry / HGV Truck, which will be my mobile Studio and Classroom for the Micro Skool.
